 Our design partners begin by ensuring they understand what you’re looking for in a home, to create a flawless and functional plan for moving forward. They sketch up an initial design, then work together to optimize the design. From there, they’ll work with you to conceptualize the exterior finishes (siding, stone accents, etc.) and finalize details.

 After this, they’ll create a 3D rendering of the design. Together, they’ll take a virtual walk through before any construction begins and chat about any final changes. We love seeing your ideas come to life through our renderings, and it helps save you time and money down the road.

After all that preparation and dreaming, we’re ready to begin building. At Roughlock Builders, we guarantee to build a high-quality home that will stand the test of time.

We follow a well-thought out schedule to ensure timeliness. We are transparent throughout the building process, and welcome homeowners to come visit their build sites.

Closing on Your New Custom Home

It’s time to move in to your home!

Our project management team performs several walk-throughs during the building process. A final walk-through is done with you, to make certain you are thrilled with the results of your home.  After we are sure you’re happy, it’s time to hand over the keys!

After you move in and are living your day-to-day routines in your home, we are here for you if any concerns or complications arise. In addition, we provide a comprehensive warranty and complimentary one-year inspection.
